people-Honesty
Honesty is the mother of all
other virtues. No virtue can exist unless one is honest. I think an honest
person, has to be first honest with him. Self deception can be even more
damaging, because a man who lies to himself does not realize he is being
dishonest in his actions too. Many people’s take a narrow view of honesty,
making it out to be honesty in words alone. But real honesty is honesty in
thought, actions and words. A person with honesty and integrity is a free person,
who does not fear anyone and is slave only to truth. So I think, the saying
‘Honesty is the best policy’ is really true.
